The use of WILO-Uniprop submersible mixers with gearbox in industry, communities and agriculture makes great demands on their reliability and constancy of performance. It is possible to choose the optimal submersible mixer for every field of application through the modular assembly of different propellers, transmission steps and motors. Hydraulic optimal propellers made of stainless steel, steel, GFK (polyester resin reinforced by glass fibre) or PUR (polyurethane) enable a high efficiency and because of that vast savings of energy costs.Optimized adaption to requirementsIn order to improve their efficiency the Uniprop submersible mixers have been equipped with planetary gearboxes. They make an exact adaption to the individual service conditions possible.WILO lowering devices are used for descending the WILO-Uniprop-submersible mixers from the tank edge into the tank without problems. Together with an auxiliary lifting device make WILO they enable individual positioning of the mixers. A ball pivot in the bottom bearing plate enables an installation to grounds inclined up to 30° and if the conditions are suitable, the application of a tripod unit is possible.There is the choice between the following materials: galvanized steel or stainless steel.
